Since 2014, we have prepared three reports (2014, 2019, 2022) in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK). The reports provide a clear overview of the goals we pursue, the measures we implement, and the key performance indicators we use to track our progress. Our previous DNK statement was based on the 20 criteria of the DNK standard in effect at that time. These criteria cover the areas of strategy, process management, the environment, and society. The most recently published report covers the year 2022. In it, we report, among other things, on our sustainability management, our environmental goals, how we treat our employees, and our responsibility in the supply and value chains. Prior to publication, the DNK team reviewed the statement for formal completeness with regard to the requirements of the DNK standard in effect at that time.

Further Development of Our Reporting
The German Sustainability Code is currently being adapted to the new European requirements for sustainability reporting. For our future reporting, we are evaluating which standard is appropriate given our company’s size, our legal obligations, and the information needs of our stakeholders.
