Conference and congress
Whether it is a classic meeting, a specialist congress, a conference, an association or members' meeting - our venues offer the perfect setting. In our large buildings, the Umweltforum, the Tagungswerk and the Französischer Dom, there is room for up to 500 guests in cinema seating. The Umweltforum and the Tagungswerk have a variety of breakout rooms for workshops and seminars. Technically, our venues for conferences and congresses are optimally equipped: With permanently installed sound systems and powerful beamers. Presentation cases, flipcharts and movable walls are part of our standard repertoire of conference technology. Our experienced event management team will be happy to assist you with event planning and conception. The appropriate selection of catering and event technology for your event is also included.
Gala dinner
Special occasions need BESONDERE ORTE: The extraordinary ambience of our venues provide the ideal backdrop for your gala or banquet. Surprise your guests with a listed industrial building or the opulence of a historic church. Exclusive galas are possible for up to 220 guests in the Friedrichstadtkirche but also for up to 200 guests in the Umweltforum. For an atmospheric ambience, our lighting concepts are adapted to our buildings and can be customised according to your ideas and corporate design. We will be happy to recommend our catering offers and support you in the selection of equipment, decoration and event catering.
Event
Six changeable venues for your event: Our venues are true quick-change artists with many possibilities and space for unusual event concepts. Many of our event areas and rooms can be enlarged or reduced via flexible walls - to suit your event. Whether it is an exhibition, promotion, product presentation, award ceremony, film shoot or fashion show - the event venues of BESONDEREN ORTE cut a fine figure at any event. As the icing on the cake, some of our venues offer a rooftop terrace, courtyard or outdoor terrace. Ideal for an open-air time-out, get-togethers or BBQs. Our experienced event management team also supports you in the realisation of sophisticated rigging and technical features for the implementation of your individual event idea.
