Our standard
We are certified according to the Organic AHV Regulation (DE-ÖKO-039) for milk, cream, yoghurt, quark, butter, eggs, rolls, baguettes and breads as well as cane sugar. We source these products exclusively from organic cultivation. For all other products, we pay attention to regionality and sustainability. For lunches and dinners, we work with long-standing partners who are very familiar with our locations and the processes and whose quality we are convinced of. The delicious sweet and savoury snacks come from our own kitchen. More than 50% of them are already made with organic ingredients and our kitchen team is constantly working on new organic creations.
