Organic-certified ingredients are not only healthy, they also taste good and protect our climate. That is why we have been certified in accordance with the Bio-AHV-Verordnung (Organic Out-of-Home Catering Regulation) by the Gesellschaft für Ressourcenschutz (Society for Resource Protection) (DE-ÖKO-039). This means that, in addition to our organic beverages, you can also enjoy organic-quality ingredients and products in our snacks and coffee breaks.
The ingredients we use to make delicious snacks for your event are all organic: milk, cream, yoghurt, quark, butter, eggs, bread rolls, baguettes and breads as well as cane sugar. Some of the finished products, such as the cakes and pastries from the organic bakery Beumer & Lutum, are also only available from us in certified organic quality. For all other products, we pay attention to regionality and sustainability. For lunches and dinners, we work with long-standing partners who are very familiar with our locations and processes and whose quality we are convinced of.
