We have been certified in accordance with the Bio-AHV-Verordnung (Organic Out-of-Home Catering Regulation) by the Gesellschaft für Ressourcenschutz (Society for Resource Protection) (DE-ÖKO-039). We use the following ingredients exclusively in organic quality for the snacks bearing the seal: Milk, cream, yogurt, quark, butter, eggs, rolls, baguettes, bread, cakes (except gluten-free), apples, berries, cane sugar, as well as tea, coffee, juices, and smoothies.

The breaks are offered in the form of a buffet. They include coffee, tea, mineral water, apple juice and orange juice. Each break special includes the specified three components. The break specials are each calculated with 1,5 particles per person.

For just EUR 2 per person, now lemonades can be added to any break package.
